Pete Sabo, is the owner of the Bison Turf, and many other residential properties in the Fargo-Moorhead Area. This man will sign a lease agreement with you, while the current tenants are still living there with a valid lease! He does not believe in getting a legal eviction, but rather, just will have his thugs move you out while you are gone! All your things thrown out, including your copy of the lease, leaves you no protection! Watch out for this Dirty Dog!

ATTENTION PARENTS!

Your children are at risk. The Bison Turf, located near NDSU in Fargo, has been known to serve alcoholic beverages to underage students! This poses a real problem in the Fargo area, as these students then have no problem driving around town intoxicated. 

We all know the problems that being intoxicated leads to. We also know that these young kids also do not know what responsible drinking is, and is not. Fact is that many underage drinkers are killed each year, or become lifelong alcoholics!

Some will say that these are just kids trying to release a little stress, and relax...problem is, they are not dealing with the problem; They are merely covering it up momentarily. Eventually that stress is going to lead to masking another stressfull situation, and the process will repeat itself until the time comes that the drinker (Drunk) blows up, and now may have to deal with legal issues....

....Well, if throwing away a valuable education is worth it to you, go for it...but you will, dear student, wind up regretting it for the rest of your life! Forget about being cool. Find a group of students who do have their future, and are concerned about the welfare of yours to hang with...they make for better friends, becauce they are more concerned about you, then their "cool" image! Do whats right for you, that which will edify you, not bring you down!
